I haven't seen these videos but I try to stay off twitter. Doesn't matter which way you lean politically, it seems like everyone on twitter is just super mean, super dumb or both. Also I've watched Elon talk before and I'm pretty sure he does have a stutter. Sometimes, when asked a question, he'll pause for a very long time before answering. Joe Rogan has mentioned it before and attributed it to Elon really thinking hard about the question before answering. But I think he's blocking and trying to find a way out of it. He displays some of the classic signs of a covert stutter. My advice is when you see someone making fun of stuttering, call it out. The only way they're ever going to stop is if we make a big enough stink about it. Call them out and shame them for it. If they double down, then double shame them. If their buddies jump in, shame the whole lot of them. Don't let anyone make you feel bad about yourself. Fuck them and all that they stand for. To everyone saying it's ok because it's Elon Musk: It doesn't matter who they're making fun of. It doesn't matter if he stutters or not. Making fun of anyone for something they cannot control is a shitty, subhuman thing to do. If you disagree with someone, if you dislike someone, use your adult human brain and state your case. If all you can do is make fun of someone then your opinion isn't really worth a shit anyways.
