The tolerance build up is very apparent when taking daily but as needed I haven’t had any tolerance build up since being prescribed it 6 years ago. As long as there’s a day or two between doses then the next dose will still feel like the first time taking it. But if I do need to take it multiple days in a row, I can tell it gets much less effective by day 3 and I’d need to take more to get the same effect.
