What’s the best kind of Speech Therapy?

What’s the best kind of Speech Therapy? I’m a stutterer, and I’ve only had one kind of speech therapy and I’m open to consider some other courses, the course Im taking helps me deal with the mental struggles that come with having a stutter. I’ve seen some people who take the ‘McGuire Programme’ course and this is based off of a breathing technique, and I’m open to take that course because I’ve heard decent reviews from other people. I’m struggling to find another course so can people recommend some good courses based in the UK?
