I spoke to u/bbbforlearning about 2 weeks ago, and he's right. I am going through William Parry's book and watched a few of his videos on YouTube, and the Valsalva Maneuver theory does make sense to me. I am practising a few exercises mentioned in the book and have been observing improvements speaking to people I know. Talking to unknown people does trigger blocks, but I am confident that things will improve. Also, about the community you suggested u/hijabwithpink, sign me up too. I'd definitely want to be part of it.
