Anyone with successes using Nootropics?

Anyone with successes using Nootropics? I have developmental stuttering and have been trying for the past year to get rid of my stutter. I have been researching on Nootropics for a while, and there haven't been too much information about this. So far, I have only gathered that Piracetam has some verbal fluency influences. I was on Piracetam for about 2 months a while ago, and its hard to say if it helped back then. Still, piracetam is supposed to take longer to take significant effect so perhaps I should've held out longer. Has anyone tried this? Or anything else with success?
