I have huge trouble when saying words starting with vowel sounds (aeiou) any tips?

I have huge trouble when saying words starting with vowel sounds (aeiou) any tips? I have a speech in front of whole school tomorrow (thats a whole different story). So i need this quick. Funny thing is the speech is in Norwegian and norsk has other foreign vowels like å ø and æ.
