"**It’s always the question of “why” with stuttering 😅."** Regarding the psychological part of stuttering. The more we ask 'why', the more we do reassurance-seeking as a coping mechanism to do compulsion. We do these rituals in order to relieve ourselves from anxiety. If you can't stop asking 'why', then just observe it without reacting (ruminating) further to become tolerant
