The SpeechEasy device is the same tech. We paid something like $5500 for this thing in 2009, and it was a huge help to me — at first. I used it for a year, but eventually my brain caught on, and it’s efficacy deteriorated quickly. I don’t use it anymore, but I would land or sell it to anyone who wanted to try.
