I take Propanolol and Lexapro for anti-anxiety. Phenibut Is illegal in Australia but I’m guessing it’s something like Xanax or Valium. Together, they reduce anxiety and subdue the effects of elevated cortisol and adrenaline. It’s not a cure for stuttering, but it reduces anticipatory anxiety.
