i realized i start off a lot of sentences with "So..." or "well..." and other opening phrases because it's easy for me to launch into talking with a phrase that's easy for me to say. sometimes, i start talking really quietly (so i can say the first word) and then gradually pick up the volume of my voice to finish the rest. And I also noticed that my voice will fluctuate and take different subtle accents, as I notice that i don't stutter when talking in a faux accent. lol.
