I've bottled up a lot of my issues too. I still can't verbalize how I feel about my stuttering and how it's affected me. I can only do it in writing. Once I started writing a post or two, it definitely helped me analyze what I was thinking and has really helped me through thought processes. I think I want to try meditation for a week or two and see how it helps, then write about it. I'm looking for new content and new things to try. Thank you so much.
