Blocks when you have "pre set" dialogue

Blocks when you have "pre set" dialogue Does anyone else stutter when they know what they are going to say? For example, if I'm in a drive thru and I know what I'm going to order and say to the worker, I'll have a block as soon as I roll down my window sometimes. Or when I'm talking to a receptionist and they ask for my name, I can get my first name out but not my last name, so I have to end up spelling it to them first before I tell them. Another thing is I just started working at Target and we have to use walkie talkies to communicate throughout the store. But I find that as soon as I push the "talk" button on my walkie talkie to communicate, I can't get a single word out. So I literally pace back and forth for like a minute or two trying to psyche myself up to do something as simple as say a sentence into the thing.
