At first they were awful, to the point of making me stutter even more. I had the constant feeling of a block in my throat (mouth numbness is common) and extreme sleepiness. In fact, the first time that I took it, I slept for 20 hours! However, after about 10 days I started to adapt to the medicine fairly well. Give it a try for two weeks and see if it benefits you. It doesn't work for everyone but there are a multitude of medications that you can try. The three categories being: atypical antipsychotics (saphris, etc), xanax (benzos), and beta-blockers (adrenaline blockers like propanolol).
