Every kind of substance when used reduces stuttering for most people. It just sucks the more you use it the less effective it becomes. I’m sure it helped but it would become the norm the more you use it and the same speech pattern would occur. I am happy for your new found sense of freedom. I myself have found some relief to it and it brings great joy
