I hate interviewing as much as the next person, but let me tell you something that really surprised me at my most recent interview I had. The employer asked me this question: Do you have any restrictions which could prove difficult in performing this job? **Me: Well...I'm sure you noticed I have a stutter and....** **Employer: What...your speech? Who cares about that shit! I don't care about that. You seem like a great dude. Good attitude. Great personality.** I was quite surprised when I heard this but it just proved that he saw past my stutter. You may be beating yourself up over your speech but if you answered all the questions the best you could and presented yourself as a great person with a great personality, that's what will leave the impression. Not your speech. Those understanding people are out there. Hope that helps.
