I usually have 2 reactions when this happens depending on my speaking abilities that day. Usually I just let it go because yes it's fucked up and yes it's hard to deal with but life goes on and we run our lives not anyone else so be happy. Then I will also call them out and man it never fails when I'm angry and about to let someone have it that I speak perfectly fine and tear into them. Usually you'll get an apology from fear of being fired or known as the dude that laughs at a disabled person, or they will clam up and move on. But as others have said here maybe just report or give a bad review and let things take its course
