That is such a complicated question. I've no idea. I'd say has to do with mastering your mind. Thus it'd be more of a spiritual path. Like aiming to become a mediation master. Becoming a Buddhist and aiming to achieve nirvana etc. As I see it. It's an easy solution. But each individual is different. I personally had severe fear/anxiety as I lived in the future fearing a reality that hasn't occurred yet. I began to get better once I began to meditate and listen to stoic philosophy which told me to be in the present. So I'd say experiment with different spiritual practices which most "liberate" your body/mind. I'd say it's doable if you have ever been fluent ever. If however you are someone who has never been able to get out a fluent sentence or word then I can see how that mental blocks seems utterly insurmountable. I wish you luck.
