Oh, when I order drinks at a festival, and there are 20000 people behind me, I write it out beforehand on my phone and just show them otherwise if I block it becomes an awkward excercise for both of us. Also, I have short term memory like a coked out squirrel, so this way I don't forget anything. I work in software, and we have to report every morning, so I have to speak, and I do. The difference is I write out exactly what I'm going to say in OneNote and kind of read it back, if anyone has questions after it's less stressful.
