If you’re still blocking, then you aren’t cured since blocking counts as a stutter. I genuinely hate this victim-blaming mindset people tend to have. Just because you got ‘rid’ of it doesn’t mean other people can. Just people tend to not stutter when alone, in a mirror, etc, doesn’t erase the fact that there is a huge neurological and genetic component in stuttering in general. Stuttering itself is an unpredictable and inconsistent disorder, there are going to be moments where you stutter and don’t stutter. I myself stutter when alone or talking in a mirror, etc, so maybe I’m not quite understanding, but stuttering isn’t a mindset, it’s a complex neurological disorder that’s been studied for centuries.
