Worked in journalism as a reporter/editor for six years and recently moved to magazine editor. Reporting was running through the gauntlet at first as a stutterer, but I also credit being thrown into the fire with getting me over stuttering. I still stutter just as much as ever, but it doesn't bother me. I truly believe the only way to get over stuttering is to put yourself out there. Can't slay a dragon without confronting it.
