I talk about it a lot, with my family, friends, Executive Director, colleagues, etc. Talking about it openly gives people the chance to ask questions about if it helps or not to finish your sentence if you're in a block, creates awareness and empathy (not sympathy). Your listeners feel more at ease if it isn't taboo. It also shows you aren't ashamed of it, it is just something you have to deal with.
