Nice one. Unfortunately, Phenibut isn’t legal in many countries. The closest medication to it would be Baclofen, which has also shown to improve fluency at certain doses. I take Baclofen and Propanolol a couple of hours before a heavy speaking event such as a speech, presentation or interview. It helps a lot for sure. It’s essentially a central nervous system relaxant which is a GABA-B receptor agonist in the brain. Neurologists think GABA-B drugs reduce overactivity in the basal ganglia speech circuits.
