Thank you for the comment. Actually i truly believe its all from stress. Lately his teacher was on sick leave and after new teacher came. We noticed him hard blinking and the stutter worsened. At the same time very heave storm came to our city and the windows were whistling for 2 days. He was facing sleep difficulties and un controlled peeing during the day. All this happened within this week.
