As a side note, to all the stutterers who read this post; I believe that the book "Feeling Good" has been instrumental for me reaching this point where i want to become overt, Ive only read about a quarter of it but it covers Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and if you are constantly assaulted by anxiety and negativity about your stutter or life, give the updated version a try it's only 8$. Obviously, based on the anger in my above post, I have not internalized everything in the Dr's book yet, but It has seriously helped me. I hope it can help you.
