I’m a designer working on a project specifically focused on supporting people who stutter more during high-pressure moments like this. I’m developing an app concept that focuses on preparation and reflection rather than 'fixing' the speech itself. The idea is to let users upload scripts/audio to create practice modules, using AI to help break down sentences and identify focus areas before the big moment. It also allows for post-presentation reflection to see what actually happened versus what we felt happened. Does a dedicated practice/reflection tool like this sound like something that would have been helpful to you, or were there other strategies that ended up being more effective?
