Slow down your rate of speech and read aloud every day at a slow rate. Breathe in, gentle breathe out and gentle insert into the sentence, whilst linking it words. Try stretching out the vowels too. Practice every single day and gradually increase your rate of speech. Practice by talking to strangers at the mall/shops etc… Don’t become introverted and silenced because of your stutter or it will get worse. And yes, see a speech therapist who specialises in fluency shaping techniques.
