Have you ever “forgot” to stutter?

Have you ever “forgot” to stutter? Have you ever “forgot” to anticipate stuttering and it resulted in you being fluent? For example, the word “dog” makes you stutter usually, but you forget to tense up and forget to anticipate stuttering on the word, and in turn you do not stutter on the word? Anyone else feel like stuttering is self imposed but we are so conditioned to stutter on certain words that we don’t allow ourselves to *not* stutter? Just a random thought that I feel privileged to be able to share, let me know what you think please.
