My parents always built up my confidence by just listening to me & not making a big deal about it. I’m 28 now still stutter all throughout school I’ve been bullied but I always know when I got home it was a judge free zone. I think having that safe space built me up. I was never phased by the bulling only because my parents taught me to stand up for myself don’t let others push me around. That doesn’t mean get violent but to know his worth.
