I've only met 1 person who knew I had a stutter (or at least was comfortable telling me) and that was only because a family member had it too. Otherwise I always get the "are you okay" or "is something wrong" and that makes it even more difficult to continue with my original thought. Also I agree that not being conscious about it definitely eases the nerves and improves fluency, but after a little time of fluent speech, I instantly become conscious and have a block. Idk man, but congrats on your interview, hope you get the job!
