There is no blame to be had. I was born with a certain style of speaking. Others are born with other ways of speaking. I can make fun of and taunt people who speak different than me or I can choose not to make fun of or taunt people who speak differently than me. And who gets to decide what 'normal' and what is 'the right way' to speak? Is stuttering once per 1,000 words spoken OK or not? or 100 words? or 10? Are you the arbiter of what is acceptable speech and what is not?
