Stuttering is neurophysiological not psychological. I do stutter when I talk alone but not always. It’s the fact that there’s less pressure when you’re talking with yourself vs when you’re speaking with someone else. You might find that you’re more at ease as well. Just keep in mind that it doesn’t mean you’re cured. Everyone’s stutter is different. It manifests itself differently. Your voice matters regardless. Hope this helps.
