Inner voice are created by our anxiety, if u can calm it down with meditation eventually it will match up with ur outside voice, then ur stuttering will be reduced. Eye contact is important too, if u are right handed look into right eye of other when u talk face to face. Actually stuttering is really Interesting, but I overcame it anyway.
