As you do, try to focus on other aspects of life. Forget that its not enough, just focus on anything else, things that make you happy, working out, movies or games, studying, gym, anything but forget the damn stutter everytime the thought creeps up. Don't think, just do, and don't dwell on it after, again give yourself a break and think of anything else, just try for a good time period like a month or more is all I ask here.
