I used to block a lot and then I tried changing my stutter to where if I feel a block I will just drag out a sound or repeat sounds and words. So far so good, I have blocked almost not at all and this is definitely a lot better when working in a fast food joint. Tapping out each sound of each word helps too, on a table, your leg, whatever works.
