As an SLP I will second this! And add that even if someone is listed on one of those specialty boards, you should still "interview" them to make sure you trust the person. There are some professionals on those lists that I would not recommend, despite their certification. Similarly, there are also non-listed people who are fantastic! Do like the above poster mentioned and ask around your area. The American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (asha.org) also has a Find A Professional feature. You can look up SLPs in your geographic region who *self-identify* as being knowledgeable about stuttering. Again...you should ultimately be the judge of who seems like a worthwhile therapist for you!
