phone job interview....... panic time!!

phone job interview....... panic time!! I applied for a new job, got a email today saying I have a telephone interview this week, straight away I went into panic mode, I hate using the phone, I've tried to avoid it all my life, and I get filled with dread even if my phone starts to ring.. I think I would prefer a face to face interview... now all I'm going to do is stress untill the interview... I keep playing diff scenarios over in my head, all end up bad! The life of a person who stutteres eh!
