I agree with all responses thus far. I echo the same remarks with another comment. I also suggest that you have this graded, if you get that far, by the Dean or someone other than the professor you have. Once the line of "No" has been crossed, you run the risk of being unfairly assessed. And that opens you up to all sorts of other BS as an unintended consequence. I say this, because after you speak with the Dean, you will either drop the class, take the F, do an alternative assignment, or speak. All of which are after your professor has been given the hereto and what for. You are already at the cliff's edge now having attempted to speak with her directly.
