I believe the best thing like many of the post have said here is exposure. You expose it enough and you begin to figure it out. The more I get on the phone, the more I learn what I am doing right and wrong. I found breathing technique that helped me (but it could be something different for you). Another thing I think is you really have to be at peace with yourself (and for a stutter that can be extremely hard) but the when you are not at peace with yourself you are just more less creating more stuttering experiences for yourself.
