How to help first day of school anxiety?

How to help first day of school anxiety? So I'm going into my senior year tomorrow and the anxiety is just so bad. I struggle saying my name, and it's my worst nightmare when the teacher asks us to introduce ourselves. I don't really want to email my teachers beforehand. Luckily this is the last year I ever need to do this, but I still need to get through it. How can I calm the anxiety?
