I guess you would call what I do meditation. But when I feel a bit more anxious then usual or my stutter is worse then usual even when I don't particularly feel anxious. I just take ten minutes a day to sit silently with my eyes clothes, focus on breathing slowly and relaxing. It doesn't fix anything over night but has an accumulative affect that always helps me
