It does for me. I take anti anxiety meds because of overall anxiety. Side affect was my speech patterns improved (I still stutter, it less) and I could feel the normal anticipation anxiety but it was way less. If I get proper sleep it is best case along with the meds. If I get poor sleep I have poor speech patterns.
