Usually, if I'm having a hard time with my speech, I'll pretend to imitate someone like Jordan Peterson for example. I'll just visualize an image of him in my head and then imagine my voice as his own. And any words I do feel a block on just aren't severe enough to halt my conversation entirely; I'll just draw the word out. Heck, just the other day, I went a full 30 minutes without a single problem. My family were probably impressed that I was at least normal for once, but eventually that persona wavered and I slowly returned back to my stuttering self soon after. Ideally, you should imitate someone that is a great speaker.
