Jumping in here. OPs vibe is completely off from someone who has meditated for the length and breadth that he’s claiming. I volunteer in meditation retreats (some family members opened the retreat, and I occasionally go there to help out), and I hang out with monks. People that meditate consistently for few years have amazing level of zen and self awareness. Someone with anxiety and stutter would completely dissect and gain profound understanding of what anxiety and stutter feels like. OP sounds like he read a book on medication or took a meditation class for a day. He’s reacting negatively and calling out people questioning him on the comments - something that I wouldn’t expect someone even with beginner meditation skills to be doing.
