Stutter on Ms and Bs. What’s the best speech therapy exercise for these?

Stutter on Ms and Bs. What’s the best speech therapy exercise for these? How’s it going? I’ve made great strides in speech therapy. As of now I only really stutter on Ms, and B syllables. What are the best exercises for these? I feel like I’m very close to barely stuttering at all
