*Treat him like any normal employee. He only stutters.* I couldn't agree more. My managers and colleagues have never made an issue of my stuttering. When I experience blocks, they patiently wait for me to finish speaking. They offer me the same opportunities as everyone else **including leading meetings** and I truly appreciate that. Their attitude makes me feel no different from anyone else in the company.
