It works really well for my husband, but only in quiet places. It doesn't really work in places like restaurants, or parties, and when he's in a quiet small setting, his stuttering doesn't really bother him or anyone else, so he almost never uses it :/ Edit: wow, that was a hell of a run on sentence, sorry.
