I agree, but when I read their site again, it did clearly say that this program includes a lot of work, exercises and practice, and it also said somewhere that it is not for you if you are looking for a quick fix solution. I feel like the "one simple trick" is there for marketing purposes. After all, they want to make sales. So I actually see some value, but yes I do see some red flags.
