When u try to pre plan sentences and u have a history of stuttering you will stutter For example: my mother send me to buy three eggs from the market and on my way to the market i,m thinking about the lines i,m going to say to the Shopkeeper and i definitely stutter when ever my brain pre plans Note: whenever you pre plan something, your brain is getting the message that these lines are very hard etc and you will stutter on it
