Nowadays I don't stutter as much as I used to, only some slight blocks and repetitions here or there, but I struggle a lot to introduce myself to new people and say myself, because it begins with an A and most occlusive (?) vowels are kinda hard for me to say. Of course I may have a bad day and stutter more often, but I've found that if I just go with it, it becomes easier to speak. With time and patience, and of course believing in yourself (I know that sounds very cliché), you will be able to overcome your blocks and/or repetitions most of the time. Good luck and don't give up!
