Abilify is a slow acting drug, it should take several weeks to work at least. I am surprised you had such big improvements after only 4 days. Even for mild side effects I think Abilify is worth it if it actually improves speech dramatically. However I have been taking 2mg for 2 weeks and the improvements have been not that great...I am hoping it will improve in time though.
